The journey to zero trust (ZT) needs to be tailored, practical, and realistic for each agency’s environment. We couple a vendor-neutral approach with the foundational tenets of the zero trust model to translate them into clear, practical steps and quantifiable metrics.

In doing so, we are helping both federal agencies advance their ZT posture through the creation of tailored zero trust architecture strategies — including building bespoke maturity models that map federal controls to each organization’s framework and strategic objectives.

Currently, we are working with several federal agencies on zero trust assessments and architecture work — leveraging examples like the Federal Zero Trust Strategy, CISA's Zero Trust Maturity Model, and the DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture, along with NIST 800-207.

Many agencies aren’t sure where to start — and in those cases a custom gap assessment mapping to their desired maturity level can be particularly useful. The gap assessment identifies blind spots, opportunities, and existing successes and results in a tailored roadmap built on the organization’s current state, with actionable steps to get them where they want to be.
