Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Aquia

Heather is the SVP of Growth and Strategy at Aquia, currently working closely with the team to scale growth strategy, and drive business development and capture functions.

In this role, she leads growth and strategic initiatives that expand Aquia’s impact across federal agencies, helping deliver more secure, accessible, and user-centered digital services to the American public. She focuses on aligning mission needs with scalable solutions, accelerating agencies’ ability to modernize and improve outcomes for the people they serve.

Heather has over a decade of experience driving growth across the federal government market, working with small businesses to expand their footprint across multiple agencies and IT capabilities. She is passionate about working closely with technical operations teams to bring the best solutions to government digital services.

Heather has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Business Professional.

Heather lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, two sons, and dog. When not working or chasing around her kids, she loves to cook, spend time with friends and family, and enjoys hosting get-togethers at her house. She likes to decorate in her free time, and is particularly enthusiastic about holidays, with six Christmas trees (so far) that she starts putting up the day after Halloween.
