Brandon is an engineering leader with extensive experience building and guiding high-performing teams, strengthening engineering culture, and scaling organizations through periods of growth and change. His background spans enterprise healthcare technology, fast-moving startups, and developer-focused tooling, where he has focused on building resilient systems, improving operational maturity, and ensuring that engineering outcomes align with broader organizational goals.

Prior to joining Aquia, Brandon led teams across multiple continents, introduced stronger delivery and observability practices, and helped organizations modernize their software development, release, and support processes. He is passionate about creating psychologically safe environments where engineers can grow through clarity, mentorship, and thoughtful leadership, and he partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product, design, and engineering work together effectively.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys playing guitar and writing music, attending concerts, and spending time with his family, friends, and pets. He is an avid gamer and a continuous learner who enjoys reading about leadership and technology.
